We are looking for an experienced handyman/Handywoman, who has their own tools, reliable transportation, not a drug addict, not a thief, not a know it all smartass......so someone responsible, that can communicate and knows what they are doing. Here are the general types of work: minor roofing repairs clean gutters fix minor plumbing problems use a snake on sewer lines as needed lock changes minor carpentry repairs troubleshoot issues within rental properties fix sinks, cupboards, toilets, drywall repairs, minor painting, et repair hot water heater issues other similar kinds of tasks . Compensation is weekly and is generally flat rate per job completed. You will be a 1099 paid, which means you are self employed. Payment cycles are Sunday-Saturday, paid following Tuesday You must have a reliable vehicle and tools. You must be able to sustain yourself financially while working, NO EXCEPTIONS to these requirements. You must have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance for your vehicle. Each job will have a set flat rate payment amount, so you know before you start. The more you complete and if your quality of work is good, you will be offered more.
