Western Window Systems, part of PGT Innovations’ (NYSE: PGTI) family of brands, seeks to fill more than 40 available positions at an in-person career fair from 9 a.m. – noon on Saturday, Feb. 20.  The employment event will take place at the manufacturer’s headquarters at 2200 E. Riverview Drive in Phoenix. Open positions include manufacturing and shipping roles, in addition to sales, group leaders, CADD drafter and maintenance, among others. No prior experience or certifications are necessary for entry-level manufacturing positions, and on-the-job training is provided for new team members. Participants can park in the main parking lot and enter through the front door. On-site interviews will be held during the event, and on-the-spot job offers will be extended to qualified candidates. The company is offering a $250 sign-on bonus to each candidate hired. Spanish-speaking translators will be available. In an effort to ensure the personal health and safety of our team members and event  participants, all visitors will be required to undergo wellness and non-contact temperature checks and wear face coverings.
