Description
We are looking for a motivated individual looking to grow with an expanding property management company. Culture and fit with the team is a must. Problem solving, thinking on your feet, exceptional work ethic, and motivation are key. We are looking for a full time employee to handle all work orders in a timely manner, which includes maintenance requests, turnovers, drywall, plumbing, painting, etc. We are located in University Heights. The company provides health benefits, paid holidays, and vacation.
Must be able to diagnose problems and troubleshoot or repair most items below:
Major appliances
Basic- Advanced Plumbing
Basic - Intermediate Electrical
Sheetrock and Tile Repair
Basic -Advanced Carpentry
Minor irrigation maintenance and repairs
Installation and re-keying locks
Painting
Turning and rehabbing vacant units
Must have excellent customer service skills, good verbal communication skills
Must have all tools and reliable transportation
2-5 Years experience in construction preferred
Ideal Candidate should be:
Skilled in multiple trades (experience with drywall, plumbing, minor electrical, roof patching, etc.)
Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines
Able to coordinate with the office and follow procedures
Professional, trustworthy and reliable
Customer-service oriented
Full - Time
$18-$25 / hour (or compensation coinciding with experience and skill)
Candidate must have reliable transportation available, a valid Driver License, and their own basic tools.
