Open Interviews - Two Days Wednesday, February 17th: 11am -1pm Thursday, February 18th: 11am - 1pm Job Description: ZIPS Dry Cleaners is here in Portland and we are looking for friendly & reliable applicants for our Dry Cleaner / Presser position! A successful Dry Cleaner/ Laundry position will be a quick learner, reliable and have the ability to multitask. They will also possess a high level of attention to detail, good hand/eye coordination and a flexible schedule. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of customer focused & a well known dry cleaning business. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Hours: Variable. Store is open Monday - Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm. Closed on Sundays! Job Duties Include (but are not limited to): Operating washing or dry-cleaning machines and dryers Knowledge of proper garment care Sorting, inspection, spotting and operating specialized garment presses Work with your team to deliver same day dry cleaning & laundry services, where needed Additional duties as assigned Job Requirements: Bilingual, preferred Experience working in a fast paced environment Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle client's garment with care Good hand/eye coordination and the ability to physically manipulate the pressing equipment Standing while working in a warm environment Experience is not necessary, as training is provided The ability to be a contributing member of a highly productive team Must be 18 or older MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE U.S.A.
