Jamesville Office Furniture is searching for an outstanding Lead Furniture Installer and Delivery Driver for our Rancho Cordova location. Salary: $16.00 to $22.00 /hour Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications. WHAT YOU GET: - Weekends off - Medical insurance available - 401(k) with company match - Paid vacation and sick time - Overtime on occasion JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operating company truck – getting fuel, keeping it clean and maintained. - Responsible for unloading and loading truck, staging furniture, unboxing, panel/workstation assembly, component assembly, cleanup and detailing. - Assemble fine-tuned and detailed panels, electrical parts, components, seating, conference tables, KD furniture. - Handling and securing of all merchandise. - Coordinating with sales team and customers in resolving any problem encountered during the delivery. - All other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Must have a valid California Driver’s License and a good driving record. - One or more years of related work experience. - Ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts (overtime). - Must be punctual and self-motivated. - Strong customer service skills and manners; communicates easily and clearly; is polite and cordial in all customer interactions. - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. - Must have a positive attitude towards Jamesville and our customers. - Must be very detailed oriented. - Able to handle difficult situations on delivery with customers as well as with merchandise. ** SEND RESUMES & INQUIRIES TO ANNA
