Seeking Maintenance Manager for a mobile home park in Pecos, TX. Will be expected to perform routine maintenance to keep homes and all home systems in good, well functioning condition. Will install necessary appliances and equipment as needed. Will check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues. Will inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems. Will make repairs to damages such as holes in the walls, carpet replacement, laminate, etc.
Required:
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or other similar position. Preferably experienced with mobile home trailers.
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools.
