We are looking for a responsible, consistent, and trust-worthy person in Baltimore, MD to drive around the Baltimore Area and identify distressed properties that have strong investment potential. We will also provide lists of potential leads for the scout to vet and contact. This is a part time hourly paid position with commission/bonuses and full time potential. Must have vehicle. Assigned areas. Training provided as well as entry level real estate investing teaching in office and virtually.
