Brooks Management Company is seeking a part time maintenance technician. We maintain multi-family residential properties in Mt Washington, Hampden, Bolton Hill, Upper Park Heights and Reisterstown. Prior experience with multi-family property maintenance and repair preferred. Must have reliable transportation, mileage will be reimbursed. Duties to include, but not limited to: -Light carpentry -Basic plumbing -Snow removal -Moving appliances -Cleaning -Paint preparation -Grounds maintenance
