Full time Porter needed for apartment community on the Canton Waterfront. Responsible for overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community to include grounds, parking lots, garage, pool, boat docks and common areas of the building. Duties include: Assist with all trash removal, including pulling trash from trash barrels, moving dumpsters, daily trash runs. Vacuum common area hallways. Prepare vacant apartments for painters, taping up and removing plates. Sweep and clean parking lots, roadways and garage. Sweep curbs. Clean up cigarette butts. Assist maintenance staff with snow removal as needed. Assist maintenance staff with projects as assigned. Trash out vacant apartments as directed. Power wash walk ways, loading docks and sidewalks. Change lightbulbs as directed. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, to be on your feet all day and to work outside in all weather conditions. Good pay and great working conditions.
