At Dolly Llama Moving Co. we are looking to hire 1 or 2 extremely talented and hard working crew leads/drivers. Moving Masters. (we are also hiring for less experienced drivers at $16-$18/hour and helpers at $14-$16/hour) You must have a valid driver's license. Moving/driving experience is a plus but not necessary. Perfect position for a transition from lead in any labor type job. Duties Include: -Provide excellent customer service -Skillfully move, pack and unpack customer belongings -Greet customer upon arriving at the specified location and complete a walk-through of the premises -Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing. Comfortably interface with the customer -Do truck inspections and moving equipment inventory -Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection The Perfect Person for this Position: -Very friendly and personable, easy-going -Is a problem solver and able to weigh pros and cons of various decisions -Is dependable and able to follow procedures without reminders -Brings up the people around them -Has a very hard work ethic -Is clean cut and well groomed -Is excited to learn and grow as a person -Has an understanding of and respect for company margins -Is reliable, shows up on time, ready to work -Is physically fit and able to like 100lbs frequently on a daily basis -Can communicate effectively with customers and crew. Provide exceptional customer service to our customers -Must be able to pass drug and background check -Can navigate working with and training new people -Has a valid driver's license with clean record and ability to drive large trucks safely Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
