Part time (10-20 hours/week) Apartment Maintenance Worker needed in Nicholasville. Experience needed in painting, apartment move out repairs and cleaning. Pay starts at $16/hour with opportunity for increases. We prefer someone who has a truck or van for hauling trash. Opportunity to learn minor electrical electric, carpentry and plumbing repairs.
