JAS Duluth LLC apartment management company is looking to hire a maintenance tech. Duties would include an extreme variety of skilled repairs/improvements along with painting, cleaning, mowing, snow removal, etc. This is a M-F 8-5 full-time position with rotating on-call duties. Pay is $15/hr with 2 weeks vacation and 1 week sick time per year. 401k available after 1 year. Applicants must be able to pass the Keri Koskinen Background Check, have their own vehicle and valid driver's license. The right applicant would be reliable, punctual, and have good communication skills. We are willing to train some areas, but are looking for experience.
