Looking for a job with a little bit of everything? Currently looking to hire an individual to care for mostly our Stanwood property, but with the occasional work at our Seattle properties. Duties include lawn care, fence repair, misc. carpentry projects, typical household repairs, outbuilding repairs, and maintenance of our trail system on forested acreage. Candidate should have 5+ years experience working on typical household repairs, including exterior trim and wood rot repair, carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, decks, and minor plumbing and electrical work. Must have reliable transportation and work well independently. Background check required. Must be able to commute up to one day a week to Seattle (mileage to Seattle reimbursed). Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
