We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate to work at our busy Lynnwood, WA location. -Create a best in class customer experience for every customer, every time. -Ensure accurate inventory, expedient movement of merchandise and create a safe and effective team environment. -Safely move heavy and sometimes unusually shaped merchandise. -Unload merchandise from trucks and complete documentation. -Perform light assembly, affix tickets, and properly prepare merchandise for the floor display. -Correctly complete customer in-store orders and requests for merchandise. -Provide friendly and efficient service to our customers during merchandise pickups. -Maintain an organized, well-kept and welcoming work environment. -Join our versatile and active professionals, who work as part of a team in the showroom, office and warehouse - anywhere their efforts are needed. Qualifications: -HS Diploma or equivalent. -1-3 years prior Warehouse experience preferred. -Must be 18 years or older and possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in the work location’s state. -Excellent customer service, team and communication skills. -Demonstrated attention to detail and reliability. -Able to read and understand work orders, shipping and receiving paperwork. -Able to drive delivery truck safely and lift a min. of 75 lbs. unassisted on a regular basis. -Able to obtain and maintain Forklift training and certification, as necessary. -Experience in operation of the various equipment including but not limited to pallet, jacks, hand tools, 4-wheeler and hand truck as needed as well as other small power and/or hand tools. -Able to successfully complete our pre-employment physical, background, DMV/motor vehicle record check, and drug screenings. -Must be willing to obtain a DOT medical certification upon request. -This position may be subject to post accident drug screening.
