7:30 pm Members of the public may send written public comments to Lisa Portscher ([email protected]). Members of the public may sign up to speak during the meeting (2-3 minutes per person, depending on the number of speakers. Please sign up with Lisa Portscher by 5 pm. 7:45 pm Presentation of the FY 22 Financial Plan by Town Administrator Mel Kleckner and Deputy Town Administrator Melissa Goff, to be followed by a question-and answer period with Advisory Committee members
8:30 pm Discussion regarding
1. Vetting process for Articles in the Warrant for the 2021 Annual Town Meeting
2. Combining AC subcommittee public hearing with Select Board’s for traditionally non-controversial articles (i.e. Wood and Bark, Compensating Balances, Unpaid Bills, etc.)
3. Standardizing AC reports and reducing length of Combined Reports
