Our Technicians assist people during their time of need after a water or fire impacts their property. Water losses are more common than Fire, and water jobs consist of water extraction, removing wet carpet/pad or other flooring, removing damaged drywall, cleaning, setting up drying equipment, maintaining drying equipment, and communication with the client. We are a paperless company, and everything is done digitally, so computer and tablet use is a must. We never lay off, and have year round work. We will train the right motivated individuals. Must be attentive, extremely detail oriented, customer service oriented, empathetic, and able to take control of disaster situations with a cool calm head. Our normal work day is 9-5 however, all staff is required to be able to come to work during off hours in the unlikely event a water or fire call comes in after-hours. (we pay overtime for after-hours) Lots of room for advancement, and pay increases, along with other benefits. Must have dependable transportation to get to work. Must have a cell phone to clock-in and out and other basic functions. Preferred that the individual possesses some basic tools of their own. Reading a tape measure is a must. *Starting wage will depend on experience. *Experience is a plus but not necessary. We are willing to train.
