Looking for Handyman the week of Feb 21

Hi, Looking for a handyman to help with minor to medium size handyman tasks. We have a renter leaving and want to clean/fix it up before the next renter moves in. Ideally, we are looking for someone that already works as a handyman. We are looking to pay hourly so please let me know your hourly rate in your response email. It would be the week of February 21. Below are the tasks - Touch up paint on the walls - Paint walls for a small room - Remove some supporting L shape anchor from the wall, patch a small hole, and paint - Replace 4 bi-folding doors - If you do plumbing, looking to replace vanity and vanity faucet. - Some trim painting - Some clean up of the house in terms of removing leftover tenant items like small boxes, small furniture - Replace the front door lock - Replace a threshold molding Attached are pictures of the room to paint, bi-folding doors, and threshold molding. There might be other items I need but above the main items. I believe it's going to take up to 2 days to complete the work above
