Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on copier/fax/multifunction equipment. Communicate with customers on the status of repairs. Connect copier/fax/multifunction equipment to networks when applicable. Maintain accurate accountability of parts and equipment. This person will work directly with the owner. Awesome opportunity with a start up company. Qualifications: Previous experience with KYOCERA/RICOH/CANON/ KONICA MINOLTA equipment a plus. Will train the right person if no experience. Working knowledge of computers and networks is desired. Mechanical troubleshooting skills are a must. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task are required. Must be able to lift 60 lbs, be able to work independently or as a part of a team, have excellent work ethic and an outgoing personality with a professional appearance. Managerial Experience a plus.
