Masek Rocky Mountain Golf carts distributes new Yamaha golf cars throughout a six-state area and used golf cars of most brands throughout the US. Our new product territory includes the states of Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, and Texas thus making us the “Largest golf car distributor in the continental United States”. SUMMARY Responsible for facilitating all matters related to the yard and grounds of the facility excluding the administration building and service bays. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Responsible for car alignment and positioning in the yard as directed by management. Accountable for monitoring and accurate recording of all individual car and fleet movement via Bills of Lading into the facility and those transported out of the yard. Responsible for the cleaning and detailing of all sold units and demonstrator vehicles. Responsible for the loading and unloading of trailers and/or semi’s and for the accurate recording of vehicles being loaded or unloaded. The Yard Manager will also be responsible for recording any damage or defects to the vehicles and reporting this information to the Operations Manager. The Yard Manager will ensure that the yard area will be kept clean of all debris at all times. Included are weeds, paper, trash and other items. Responsible for preparation of display floor units and demonstrator units. Assists with the testing of any cars repaired at the facility prior to loading for delivery. Responsible for maintenance and good condition of all fencing, gates, locks and signage on or about the facility. Discharge tests of electrical car batteries shall be performed by the manager as requested or as required. During the winter months, driveways, walks and the general yard area shall be cleared of snow and shall be maintained in a manner so as not to interfere with normal business activities. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary. Qualifications: Must be able to lift up to 75lbs Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of the day Must have valid driver's license Strong organizational and communication skills Good personnel management skills Trailer experience needed/preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
