We offer a large selection of wooden jigsaw puzzles for adults and exceptional service to our many loyal customers. We are looking for a self-starter who is able to work autonomously and without a lot of supervision to cover several days a week. We are looking for a hard working person who takes great pride in their work. The best candidate will be a team player with a sense of humor who is detail-oriented, service-minded and computer savvy. Please Note: In an effort to safeguard our small team of employees from health risks, we are following all Covid-19 precautions. Our warehouse mandates mask-wearing, social distancing, and increased cleaning procedures. Customers are not allowed to visit our location, except for curbside pickup. Position: Packaging/Stocking/Printing Associate Hours: Part Time INCLUDING weekend hours and some HOLIDAYS, two shifts available Start date: Immediately Responsibilities: Packaging, printing, stocking shelves, logistics, various warehouse duties - Manage production of packaging boxes. Design and print labels, affix to boxes, shrink-wrap, stock shelves and packaging area, manage box and supply inventory - Manage quality control for the packaging process - Utilize strong analytical, organization and decision-making skills to determine logistics - Work effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Quickly identify and communicate issues to team - Back-up other team members with their daily tasks when needed - Participate in special projects and perform other duties - Contribute positively with excellent reliability, attitude and work ethic. - Keep an organized and clean working environment - Follow written and verbal instructions - Maintain high level of professionalism Requirements: - Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Naturally upbeat, positive and friendly personality - Reliable transportation to and from work - Comfortable lifting up to fifty pounds - Ability to focus in a fast-paced deadline driven environment - EXTREMELY detail-oriented and precise, must have a sense of quality and productivity - Excellent organization and time management skills - Reasonable level of computer literacy - Willing to accept constructive criticism - Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Typically the whole shift. - Comfortable working individually with little interaction with fellow employees - Ability to multitask - Previous work experience preferred Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour Number of Hours: 24 - 30 per week.
