Deer Valley near 75 ave, Glendale AZ

Description

Seen small, white dog. Wearing a collar with a blue tag. North/West of 75 ave and Deer Valley. I was in the neighborhood at 76 Dr. and Robin Ln. At the East end of Robin Ln. There is an opening between two houses. From the street it looks like the other side of the opening is desert. On google maps it shows the area as being the New River Trail. This was about noon today.
