Hey everybody my name is Stu, I’m 21 years old and I make sure I play hours every day. I have half an album worth of material written, and I’m in the process of recording some rough demos. I’m working on new material all the time. Influences are Megadeth, Slayer, early Metallica, Pantera, Lamb of God, Obituary, Deftones, Korn, Carcass, Alice In Chains, Tool, Gojira, Hatebreed, Helmet, Slipknot, Nine Inch Nails, Static X, Knocked Loose, Suburban Scum, etc etc. I want to take the best qualities of some of the more classic bands in that list and fuse it with the modern pure energy, heaviness, and hostility of the newer bands in that list. I like both a lot. Pretty much all of those influences can be heard in some way in the songs that I’ve been putting together. I have pro gear, including Marshall jcm 2000 tube stack, Jackson king v, Gibson les Paul, Ibanez premium, and a solid pedalboard configuration. I write music but I’m very open to collaborating with other people who share a similar vision. I am also comfortable writing all of the material if it works out that way. I’m a lead player, I’m looking for a bass player, vocalist, other lead/rhythm guitarist, and a drummer who can play his ass off, I love that shit. I want to take this as far as it can possibly go, I have fun when I play but I’m very, very serious about it.
