Hiring immediately! Maintenance/Grounds staff. Must be at least 18, valid driver's license and insurance, and truck. Full time position Mon.- Fri. Repairs & Maintenance Labor * Repair on mobile homes, playground equipment, mailboxes. * Picking up parts and supplies * Reading water meters * Changing home and mailbox locks * Putting up and taking down banners * Cleaning yards and streets, picking up trash * Delivering notices * Check lift station * Winterization of homes * Water/sewer line repair - from the meter to source Grounds & Landscaping * Lawn mowing, weed eating, edging * Planting flowers * Trimming shrubs and trees * Pesticide and herbicide spraying * Cleaning park grounds * Snow plowing/shoveling * Site prep and clean up
