Energy Conservation Insulation is a local family owned and operated company specializing in energy conservation for residential and multifamily homes. Our goals include the desire to conserve energy usage in homes and to educate home owners about how they use energy. We are seeking a weatherization technician. THIS IS A FULL TIME, PERMANENT POSITION! Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Crawling in crawl spaces and attics (must be comfortable in tight spaces) • Installing fiberglass insulation • Cleaning out debris in crawl spaces and attics • Climbing ladders/walking on roofs • Must be able to work with others in a team environment • Keep a safe and clean environment at all times • Have a professional appearance (will be dealing with public) • Follow directions and have good communication skills • Be able to take directions from peers and supervisors Job Requirements: • Must have experience with power and hand tools • Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs • Criminal background check • Drivers license Hours/Days/Schedule • Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm • May require overtime • Must be flexible to work around employers schedule Salary/Wage/Benefits • $15.00 starting wage with no experience, we are willing to train the right individual! $15.50 - $20.00 per hour with experience • Regular reviews every 6 months thereafter. • Medical, Dental, Vision and Retirement available This is a growing Division of our company and we need GREAT Employees!
