We have immediate openings for a Shipping Assistant. Duties include receiving and counting inventory, getting stock pulled and prepped, and packing customer orders for shipment. This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage, sorry, we cannot offer health insurance benefits. We are looking for highly motivated and conscientious candidates who have: • The ability to work quickly and accurately at a workbench in a climate-controlled space • A track record of avoiding mistakes and caring about the quality of their work • The physical ability to stand at a bench for long periods and handle packages up to 50 lbs • Prior shipping experience is a plus, but we will train the right person • The ability to pass thorough extensive background screening - including criminal and credit checks • Computer skills would be helpful, but not required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Packing Boxes • Counting Inventory • Receiving Inbound Shipments • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment • Performing all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed • Attention to Detail will be a big factor. • It is physically demanding. Will be on your feet most of the day and will occasionally be handling boxes of 40-50 lbs. Will be working closely with other people and it is fast paced. You can expect a fun and professional work environment. Working indoors in a comfortable, climate-controlled space. **Candidates must be able to pass background screening which will include a credit check. A good credit score is required. HOURS: Tuesday - Saturday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, full-time hours plus overtime (Schedule will change to 4 days one week 3 days the next week 12 hour shifts) LOCATION: Downtown Eagle PAY: $16.00 - $18.00/hour DOE EXPERIENCE: Shipping and Receiving experience preferred, but not required.
