Looking for studio share partners

Photographer looking for other artist(s) to share a studio in the Cigar Factory. They currently have studios available from $300-$700 monthly. I can only shoot on occasional weekends, not a pro, looking for partners to share the space. Will need to sign the lease (12 months). Other photogs, hair/makeup, artist, all welcome.
