DISPATCHER for Delivery Drivers ➡️ WHAT YOU WILL DO: ⭐️ Dispatch/route delivery drivers to restaurants and customers’ (in town and on base), ⭐️ Place food orders via multiple channels (online platforms, phone…), ⭐️ Answer and handle incoming calls during assigned shift, ⭐️ Act as primary point of contact for all customer service matters (drivers, customers, restaurants), ⭐️ Resolve deliveries issues, ⭐️ Escalate tier-2 level issues to manager on duty ⭐️ Assist with special projects as needed ➡️ WHAT YOU WILL GET: ⭐️ Paid training ⭐️ $10/hr W2 ⭐️ Part time with potential for full time ⭐️ Opportunities for advancement ⭐️ Food Discounts ⭐️ Laid Back Atmosphere ➡️ ABOUT YOU: ✅ Ideally, previous experience as dispatcher ✅ Good knowledge of local geography and traffic conditions ✅ Dependable + evening and weekend availability ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Able to make quick decisions in a fast-paced and high pressure environment with little supervision ✅ Comfortable with common computer and online applications and platforms (Google Suite, Web browsers, …)
