Image 360 – Troy, a B2B signage and display company is looking for an ambitious multi-talented individual in the capacity of sign and custom display fabrication and finishing. Prior sign industry experience helpful but not required, paid training will be provided. This position will be responsible for the quality control, finishing and packaging of various types of signage product. Some local deliveries or install assistance may also be required. No experience required, willing to train a highly motivated individual. Proper, professional etiquette must be maintained at all times. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Confirms the signage accurately conforms to the work order (i.e., spelling, medium, size, etc.) • Completion of all finishing requirements, such as trimming, laminating, mounting, etc. • Packaging of product based on shipping/delivery method. • Maintains a clean and safe working environment. • Performs a quality control review and reports findings to store leadership. • Usage of light tools and equipment such as knives, saws and drills will be required. • Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments. • Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics code. QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or GED required. • Computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite helpful. • Must be physically able to perform lifting, climbing, and working at heights greater than 10 feet. • Current and unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record
