Job Description: -We are Hiring Immediately for a Line Lead position in an exciting warehouse facility! -Professional in attitude and performance in supervision of staff -Must be available to work overtime on Saturday's sometimes Sunday as well. -Work in conjunctions with other departments for positive production results -Inspection of product every hour or more frequently depending if the job is complex or critical in its design or use -Knowledge of the rates of the jobs running on the production line you are responsible for -Responsible for job cards being filled out both correctly and accurately -Ability to perform all computer functions as they pertain to this job -Ability to multi task -Perform all functions as required in WMS (PackManager) -Responsible for training line workers in all aspects of production line work -Responsible for maintaining company safety environment -Responsible for effectively managing company procedures and policies -Ability to understand all aspects of the WMS system -Ability to understand quality standards, methods and reporting as required -Ability to plan in advance for production in your area -Ability to interpret instructions both oral and written -Ability to produce at a high level through your staff -Ability to work with plant management for required results -Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system -More responsibilities may be assigned upon hire. 1st Shift Full time - NOT SEASONAL - all year around temp to hire! 6:30 am - 3:30 pm - $17.00 an Hour Monday - Friday 2nd Shift Full time- NOT SEASONAL- all year around temp to hire! 4:00 pm - 1:00 am - $17.50 an Hour Monday-Friday RESUME REQUIRED.
