Please bring in all your cats, dogs and remember, if you feel cold - they do too, but can't talk your language to tell you. If you see a stray cat/dog please bring into basement or garage until owner found (provide food/water) - who know you may decide to keep them. Stay indoors yourself as extreme cold and icey roads!
