Carpenter and carpenter laborer

I'm looking for a carpenter and laborer to help finish building a pole barn. Possible future employment for the right people. The barn is a 30x80x12 ft building with a 10/12 roof pitch. The barn is semi roughed in. Roof trusses are up. It needs plywood and steel installed. Involves climbing and some heavy lifting. Must not have fear of heights. Call to talk about details.
