Looking for a dependable Cleaner/Janitor who possesses a strong eye for attention to detail. Commercial Cleaning experience preferred, but not required. Job-site is located in the following area Ann Arbor, Mi. This is a large office setting. Cleaner will be responsible for cleaning 5 days per week Mon-Friday after 5pm. The job takes between 1.5-2.5 hours per clean.You will be responsible for trash removal, sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, dusting, and other various tasks. Potential Employee Must Possess:Must be at least 18 years of age and be available to work evenings.Ability to work alone Dependable transportation Strong work history Felony free background Ability to pass a drug screening.Have a neat and orderly appearance.We are looking to fill this position immediately. Pay starts at $14.00 per hour and will be re-evaluated after 90 days of work. Potential to make up to $16.00 per hour with quality detailed cleaning and time efficiency.
