A communications company is seeking a laborer to assist with burying and running telephone lines to homes and small businesses in south Ft. Worth. The job is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and occasionally a Saturday when required. The pay rate is $15 per hour. If you are willing to learn, we will teach you the work. The job is physical and you must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, shovel, and lift up to 50 pounds. You will be trained to operate a small wire drop tractor and how to perform telephone cut-overs. Some background in electrical or telephone installation is helpful. You will be expected to arrive on time with reliable transportation. It is expected that 5 or more jobs must be completed per day. You must work well with others.
