Electrical-Mechanical Assembler Location: Irvine, Ca (Address: 4 Good Year, Irvine, CA) Shift: Day Shift 6am-2:30pm Hours: 8 hour shifts/Plus OT Pay: Weekly, Direct Deposit and Pay Card Available Pay Range: $18.50-$19 JOB SUMMARY We are seeking Electro-Mechanical assemblers with experience in sub assembly and rack assembly. Products range from sub assembly of 20-40 components and rack assembly of large system that include immense amounts of wiring and cabling. · Point to point wiring with extensive use of hand tools (e.g. power drills, all size screw drivers, crimpers ect.) · Reading schematics and following detail instructions for consistency and accuracy · Read, interpret and follow assembly drawings, diagrams, and schematics to determine component parts and assembly sequence. · Crimp, screw, bolt, rivet and glue electronic component parts to ensure conformance specifications. · Inspected units to detect malfunctions, and adjusted, repaired, and replaced component parts to ensure conformance to specifications. · Assemble electrical and electro-mechanical sub-assemblies using blueprints and assembly manuals. · Install and/or assemble wiring harnesses for power supplies, solder and assemble PCB assemblies Education & Experience Requirements · Minimum of 2 year of experience troubleshooting to component level using schematics or hardware specs · Read schematics and experience doing build outs · Ability to following detailed instructions and take direction well from managers, attention to detail · Ability to use a volt meter
