Growing water damage company seeking applicants who are looking for a long-term and stable position as a Water Damage Technician. Experience is secondary to integrity, work ethic, and ability to work well within a team. We offer on-the-job and in-class training. The position(s) being offered are for full time employment with the opportunity for overtime. Job Description: Applicants will receive on-the-job and in-class training to become a certified Water Damage Technician. Water Damage Technicians respond to water related damage in homes and businesses, conduct inspections, and implement plans to prevent further water damage through the use of various types of equipment such as extractors, dehumidifiers, and fans. Applicants must: - Have a positive attitude and ability to work well with others. - Have a strong work ethic. - Have dependable transportation and a clean driving record (no recent DUIs and/or excessive accidents/moving violations) - Have the physical ability to perform in a physically demanding job including some lifting. - Be willing to submit to criminal background checks and drug testing. We prefer applicants from Vancouver, WA and close-in surrounding areas. We are NOT looking for supervisors. Those looking for a supervisory only role need not apply.
