Premiere Lawn Service Inc. Landscape Maintenance and construction company looking to hire a full time laborer and a crew lead. We are located in Lynnwood, WA. We are looking to hire responsible and hard working individuals. We are hiring experienced and inexperienced landscape construction/ maintenance crew lead and laborers. All phases of landscape experience. Must be a competent, able bodied, willing individual with good communication skills and can get along with fellow workers and customers. Valid driver's license. Must be reliable and willing to work and learn. We are a medium size company that specializes in quality landscape installations and maintenance. Please provide work experience. Landscaper Duties and Responsibilities • Mow grass, prune trees and shrubs • Maintain the existing landscaping design • Rake fallen leaves and remove debris • Properly store and handle all equipment, tools, sprinklers, etc. • Oversee maintenance repairs to equipment, landscape structures, and hardscape walkways • 40+ hours weekly Pay DOE Landscaper Requirements and Qualifications • At least 18 years old • Previous experience in landscaping or grounds-keeping a plus • Must know how to operate lawn maintenance equipment, such as lawnmowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, • Able to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds Laborer position: -No experience needed -Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. This position will pay $18/hr-$19/hr depending on experience. Paid every other week. Crew lead position: -At least 2 years of landscape construction experience needed -Must have valid drivers license - speaking English and Spanish a plus -Must be able to oversee a 2-3 person crew in a professional and efficient manner. -Must be able to operate machinery -Must be able to drive a company truck with a trailer. -Must know at least some plant names This position will pay $20/hr-$23/hr depending on experience.
