Property management company looking for a full-time maintenance technician JOB DUTIES: - Residential maintenance in buildings (unit turns) - Routine maintenance work orders & service calls - Plumbing experience - Light skilled trade in electrical and carpentry - Exterior property maintenance, grounds keeping - Drive to pick up company vehicle each morning in Claremont - Cover the properties in Claremont and Riverside County MUST HAVE SKILLS: - 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician - Experience in plumbing, painting/drywall and appliance repair, light electrical, light HVAC troubleshoot - Effectively communication with tenants, peers and vendors - Customer service oriented, professional - Valid drivers license and clean driving record JOB DETAILS: - Rate: $20 to $25p/h - Full time/40 hours - Paid weekly - Health Benefits - Typical work week M-F 8:00AM to 5:00PM References & background check will be required
