We are a small shop that builds cool custom furniture PLEASE READ - THIS IS HOW YOU APPLY ATTACH YOUR RESUME WHEN EMAILING - NEED TO SEE YOUR WORK HISTORY - Positive attitude is a must. We want to verify that you have a history of working well with others and are friendly. Are you mechanically inclined? This is an entry level position to move up with better pay down the road after we certify you as our builder. We need a helper to assist with many tasks around the shop. Not limited to but to name a few tasks and responsibilities - build furniture and install barn wood - mill wood - cut & sand wood - clean and prepare metal frames for finish work - build plywood shipping crates - shipping & receiving (on a minor level) Once you gain good experience and learn our techniques - we will then consider a promotion with higher pay. Starting pay $16.25 hrly full-time looking to hire ASAP! Good experience with the following tools & machinery is preferred but not necessary - table saw - chop saw - router - planer - jointer - sanding Must be able to lift heavy items
