Tree Pro has over 30 years experience in the tree care industry, providing complete tree and vegetation management services including tree trimming and removal, defensible space and fuel load reduction, tree and brush thinning, chipping and clearing, and disaster recovery response. We are looking for an experienced Grounds Tech to be a part of our amazing team! Minimum Requirements: • To join our team, you will need 1-2 years experience within the tree industry • Valid Class C CDL with a good driving record, Class A or B preferred and highly encouraged. • Valid First Aid and CPR certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire • Must be able to withstand and work in exposure to all kinds of weather conditions such as rain, heat, cold, snow, as well as exposure to nature i.e., irritating plants, biting or stinging insects, dust, etc. • Possess the ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 50 lbs. • Ability to work overtime and be subject to on call work • Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent Tree Pro in a professional manner • Pass a Skills assessment • Able to pass a drug test • You must work safely and protect your coworkers at all times.
