CMLA is a small, family-oriented company focused on providing our clients with the highest level of design, workmanship, and customer service. We are currently looking for the right person to join our Garden Design & Maintenance team. The ideal candidate has an understanding of hand-pruning, proper planting techniques, and can identify common southeastern plants. JOB DUTIES: Hand-pruning shrubs, trees, and vines Perennial garden maintenance Planting groundcover, perennials, annuals, shrubs, and small trees Laying pine straw and spreading mulch Fertilizing and applying chemicals as needed JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years of experience in landscaping Ability to follow direction and be a team player Good time management skills to ensure all deadlines are met Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to maintain a clean and safe work environment Ability to lift 50lbs regularly and work in varying weather conditions Proficient in English and Spanish is a plus COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Competitive wages and performance-based bonuses Paid holidays and paid time off
