Seeking an individual experienced in supervising janitorial and/or cleaning experience and managing employees. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The supervisor is responsible for assuring the quality of the cleaning services at the client locations to specs for each building. You will assist with hiring, train employees, and assist with organizing work schedules and assigning tasks. Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work some evenings between 6pm and 10pm.
