Full Time Maintenance Supervisor needed for a large luxury community Responsibilities: Supervision of all staff to include Porters and Handyman Daily inspection of buildings to ensure cleanliness and maintenance issues are up to company standards - providing corrective action as necessary Accessing work orders to perform in house or for outsourcing Working with vendors and management company On Call Requirements: Must be eligible to work in the US Own vehicle with valid license Experience with light plumbing, leaks, carpentry, painting, boilers, janitorial, light masonry, light electrical and overall maintenance Over 2 years Maintenance and Supervisor experience Must speak/read English Computer knowledge - Word/Excel PLEASE REPLY WITH RESUME NOTE THAT THIS LOCATION IS BY LIBERTY STATE PARK **MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION** Company offers: * Training * Medical Benefits (Full-time employees) * 401 K (Company matches a %) * Advancement * Referral Bonus Immediate hire for the right candidates.
