A condo complex in Harwich is looking for a part-time Maintenance Contractor two days per week at $25.00 per hour. The Maintenance Contractor is responsible for assisting with the physical plant, including preventive, responsive, routine and emergency maintenance throughout the property. Although the Maintenance Contractor may be assisted by others in performing some duties, he/she is responsible for the maintenance issues listed below: · Performing assigned maintenance tasks such as: minor repairs and improvements in common areas, completion of work orders, assisting to keep the grounds and common areas free of trash and debris, physical plant preventive, responsive, emergency and routine maintenance throughout our entire property, including cleaning of the common areas, as well as weeding, and other such property grounds tasks. · Performing emergency service for after-hours maintenance-related issues as required. · Fostering a positive attitude respectful of residents, vendors, and staff; and working patiently, professionally and cooperatively. · Communicating effectively with residents, other vendors and supervisors · Complying with all management policies and procedures · Inspecting grounds, buildings, and other community features as required · Working to ensure the physical condition and appearance of the property will enhance the value of the community. · Attend Monthly Board of Trustee Meetings and provide for a discussion on maintenance activities and, at Board discretion, a written report · Completing special projects, tasks or duties as assigned If interested, respond by providing your background and contact information.
