We need an independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. Our typical jobs are door/window repairs, screens repairs, drywall patches, carpentry, a running toilet, broken tile or wall or a changing a light fixture, etc., The demand is consistent. Requirements: Must own a truck or van in a good working condition The truck or van should be insured Must have a driver license current Must own a standard set of tools to perform the work Must have between 3 – 5 years track record as a carpenter/craftsman (evidence required) Home inspection knowledge is a plus A good overall knowledge of all trades: Plumbing Carpentry Tile Electrical Painting Proper Equipment: Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.   If you are looking for a W2 position that allows you the flexibility of an independent job, look no further!
