James, Inc. is a state certified General Contractor specializing in high-rise condominium exterior remediation projects which include: painting, waterproofing, sealants, stucco and concrete repair, impact window installation. Looking for motivated, self-starting individuals, who take pride in their work. Looking for an individual with small engine and small tool mechanical experience. Individual will also work with the Warehouse Manager to keep facility clean and organized. Delivering, repairing and picking up equipment at local projects when necessary. Responsibilities and Duties: All Company tools and equipment maintenance, including: o Service logs o Inventory o Tracking o Security - o Inspect tools when returned from job Work with Field Leaders to provide best tool for project task Ensure field tool requests are delivered with all required accessories, and supplies Review training needs with Field leaders Employee safety Proper and efficient use of tool and equipment Assist with Warehouse organization and efficiency Experience maintaining, servicing and repairing the following: · Generators · Pressure Washers · Swing Stage Motors · Small electric and gas powered tools · Demonstrate proper usage and care Required Valid Driver’s license and Reliable transportation R.L.
