Need help with house maintenance and repair. Pressure washing, I have the pressure washer. You don't have to bring a pressure washer. I want someone who knows how to repair stucco. General house exterior cleaning, trimming bushes, popcorn ceiling repair, re-screening windows, replacing the wheels or bearings on sliding glass door windows, things like that. Location is Central Merritt Island off Courtney just south of 528. I want someone from Merritt Island or very nearby because sometimes I'm only going to have a few hours of work available. Please respond by email telling me about you and your house maintenance experience, approximately where you live, your full name and days and times you are available or days and times you are not available if that is easier. And most important, I need someone reliable. Too many no-shows in the past. I need someone I can count on. $15 an hour cash paid at the end of each workday. That is much simpler than keeping track of hours day-to-day.
