Additionally, we offer educational opportunities to staff throughout the year to continually hone your skills and broaden your knowledge of pools and the pool industry. Requirements: -have reliable transportation to and from our location in Gainesville; -for field positions, have a valid driver’s license for the past three years with a clean driving record (no more than 5 points on your license), no DUI’s, reckless driver etc. in the last five years; -must be motivated to show up on time, ready for work and ready to learn; -be a team player; and -have a positive, “can do” attitude that places the customer first. Experience with pool equipment, servicing, cleaning and repairing pools as well as construction, electrical and/or plumbing experience a plus but not necessary. Pay starts at: Retail Associate: $10/hr - $15/hr DOE* Pool Cleaning Technician: $13/hr + DOE* Repair Technician: $15/hr+ DOE* *We offer subsidized health insurance along with Dental, Vision, Life, Accident and much more to full time employees after the first 90 day probationary period. ALL positions have commission opportunities regularly that generate income over and above the figures listed above on a regular basis. Serious inquiries only.
