Ymca start charging members that put their membership on hold, without the authorization of the members, I was calling east ymca and was talking with this person Williams, that is very unprofessional, no costumer service that all, that he was starting laughing that I need my money back that was taiking without my autorisation, he was mentioned that the hold on my membership was for only 6 months, also he was saying that email was sent it to my account to informed me about the change, that one it's not true cause I checked my email on daily basis, this is a really cheap, no class at all,from ymca, from now iam on my way to east ymca to meet William the clown and see if he isgoing to start laughing in person for the community BE AWARE OF THIS CHEAP LOW LIFE NO CLASS DECISION OF THE YMCA AND THEY STUPID EMPLOYEES
