I am looking for talented chefs to join my private chef company. My business is growing and I need chefs to help as sous chefs to assist me with events and also Executive Chefs that are capable of doing dinners and events on their own for my clients. I am looking for candidates that are personable, energetic, sharp, hardworking, and enthusiastic. Must be comfortable working in open kitchens and in private homes. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience cooking in fine dining restaurants. You must be comfortable executing small dinner parties from start to finish (menu writing, ordering, prepping, executing, and cleaning). Looking for chefs based near NYC and out in the Hamptons. Must have held a position of Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, or Michelin level Chef de Partie. If interested please e-mail over your resume and a recent photo.
