Resolving general maintenance issues including high-rise systems maintenance
Preserving the value of the building by consistently executing on preventative maintenance programs.
Sustaining peak efficiency operation levels for all property components.
Adhering to applicable building, county and safety codes/standards
Assisting with completion of annual building systems inspections, licenses & permits as required by jurisdiction.
Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical.
Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules.
Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the duties and responsibilities.
Perform any range of special projects & assist in capital improvement tasks and other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge of risk management, OSHA and MSDS.
Skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
Tuesday through Saturday schedule
